The Astrology of Awakening: Eclipse of the Ego, by Eric Meyers M.A. puts forth a new paradigm for astrology, one that centers around spiritual realization instead of ego. This work details how the process of spiritual awakening can be understood astrologically, and seeks to fully include the transpersonal throughout the system. In the spirit of 2012 and a "shift in consciousness" this book aims to renew astrology for the 21st Century.
