Violet's Voyages is a series of books about a young girl who travels to different countries around the world by catching a ride on a shooting star! Once there she meets a special local animal who is on some sort of mission. Violet helps with the animal's quest. In the Swiss St. Bernard Adventure (Book 1) Violet meets Bernie and helps him rescue a skier.
