Designed to connect copper and aluminum conductors. They can be used for connections of types copper/copper, copper/aluminum, aluminum/aluminum. The conductors from both sides shall be of same size. The GML sleeves have a limit stop in the center to make fixing easier, which allows avoiding the non-uniform compression of the conductors to be joined. Cross-section of conductors can be easily identified without need to use technical documentation, since it is designated by figure in the sleeve name. For example, GML-10 sleeve is designed for use with conductors of cross-section 10 mm2. GML sleeves have a stopper in the center, which helps to avoid uneven compression of the connected conductors. The cross section of the connected conductors is easy to determine without reference to technical documentation: it is indicated by the number in the marking of the sleeve.
