The second edition of this book should be available by late 2017. His second book, "The Little Red Book Of Government Platitudes," is a collection of the most often-heard platitudes espoused by government employees involved in the military acquisition business and includes his unique (if somewhat sarcastic) interpretation of what they actually mean as only an insider could provide.
