Summarizing my 45 years of experience into a book was not easy, but I have, nonetheless, made an honest attempt to keep all articles informative and engaging. My vision for this book was to create a valuable resource for those who are trying to make a mark in the hospitality industry or even those of you who crave a peek into what goes on behind the scenes of one of the smoothest running shows in the world
