Guest Editors: Mihaela-Alexandra Tudor, Mohamed Bendahan The question of the media uses adopted in recent years by public and political actors, as well as civil society, has become crucial to interrogate the individual and collective dynamics that take place during the emergence of crises related to the profession and practice of justice. Researchers are investigating how social networks, traditional media and information and communication technologies in general affect evidence gathering processes, investigations and trials. They also seek to understand how social media and traditional media affect the formation of public opinion and how this may impact on judicial decisions.
