Why do women feel the need to compete, compare, undermine, and undercut one another? Why do we feel on guard and on the defensive with other women? We all are adequate; we all are unique; we all are brilliant, gorgeous, fabulous, and talented in our own right. Too often we make unfounded presumptions about one another. We become mind readers. When we attempt to read someone's mind, we assume we know what they think or feel without direct evidence.
